Card object - Nadcab Labs API

The card object is returned by Get card and List cards, and is the data payload of CreateCard, DeleteCard, FrozenCard, UnfrozenCard, CardStateChange and LockCard webhooks.

`consumption_scene_type`	integer	Spending scenes: `0` unrestricted, `1` allowlist, `2` blocklist
